I believe that having an owner's mindset is one of my superpowers and developing great relationships with my marketing counterparts, the key to success.

 

Being on a winning team is the sweetest career reward there is. And when an organization has a clear vision and a strong strategy, design can make a huge impact and the flywheel of success clicks into place.

 

In the workplace, I like to stay grounded  by leaning into process, listening to the business objectives and consistently delivering high-quality creative, treating the business as if it was my own.

 

Whether by being choiceful about budget management, managing talent or leading tough conversations to set expectations, I understand that leading a creative team can sometimes be challenging.

 

But after many years in the design world, I find that I am still passionate about creating brand experiences that customers can get excited about and am inspired by working alongside amazing creative minds.
